Due to the nature of our products, we do not take returns on any of our products at this time. If you would like to see a product in person before making a purchase, please email info@mariajosejewelry.com to schedule an appointment within our New York store.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from María José Jewelry, Inc.
