All sourcing and production is done in accordance with these principles, including the use of recycled metals and conflict-free stones, as well as rare and exceptional reclaimed and antique diamonds.

Personalization & Customization

Create a piece that is uniquely yours with the help of one of our Fine Jewelry experts. We offer a range of custom options, from bespoke to one-of-a-kind designs.

Every piece in our collection can be specially made-to-order and modified down to the smallest detail. Personalize one of our signature styles by selecting your preferred stone—color, shape, size and cut. Choose from a range of metal alloys and embellish with delicate details—such as diamond pavé and hand engraving. Our team is on-hand to guide you through our collections and reveal the unique qualities that give these precious materials their distinctive beauty.
Create a one-of-a-kind ceremonial ring or future heirloom with the help of our fine jewelry experts. Our custom approach is tailored to you, and grounded in your unique story. Begin the experience with a private consultation with María José, and learn about our original creative process—from design inspiration and diamond education to metal selection and stone sourcing. We know that this process may be unfamiliar to many of our customers, and are committed to providing the highest levels of service, consideration and care. Our bespoke and custom pieces can usually be made to order in 4-6 weeks from the date the order is finalized. We do not currently offer rush services.

Shipping & Returns

We offer in-store pick-up if you prefer not to ship your finished jewelry.

We ship all domestic parcels via FedEx. All of our pieces are fully insured while in transit, and must be signed for when received.
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of the United States. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at and we will have a sales representative contact you for your purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, duties, and insurance.
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on any item. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from María José Jewelry, Inc.
Our 1-Year Warranty covers everything up to 1 year; however, lost stones are not covered. Customers cover shipping for repairs unless otherwise specified.
We cover size adjustments with the exception of the eternity bands.
